1. Where do you ship from, how is the freight calculated, and how is the timeliness?
We ship from China, free shipping for orders over $68, otherwise you need to pay $7 for shipping (regardless of country or region).
After you place an order, we need about 3-5 days to prepare the goods(If the goods is handmade, it will take 2-8 days to produce.). We will ship the goods after the goods are ready. And express delivery normally takes about 5-15 working days to reach Europe and the United States. Remote areas may take longer.
2.Where do I get the logistics tracking number?
When we ship the goods, we will send you the logistics tracking number via email with a URL link for logistics inquiries.
3. Does the product price include VAT?
The selling price of all goods does not include VAT. Whether VAT needs to be paid depends on the customs policy of the receiving area. If VAT is required, you need to bear the cost. Please understand the tax policy of the customs in the receiving area in advance.
4. Do you support returns and exchanges and how long does it take to get the amount refunded?
Yes, if there are quality problem, we support returns and exchanges within 7 days from receipt of goods, but buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. And the goods must be kept in their original condition and cannot affect secondary sales, otherwise returns or exchanges will not be allowed and the buyer shall be responsible for any loss of value.
When we receive the returned goods, we will confirm that the goods are not damaged and will not affect secondary sales. The confirmation time generally takes 2-5 working days. We will refund you after confirming that there is no problem with the product. The refund arrival depends on the issuing bank of your bank card, which usually takes 3-7 working days.
